When we were ready to find a home, Tamra made us feel like we were her only clients. Tamra is the gold standard of realtors. Part time therapist, part time problem solver, part time negotiator, full time realtor. I have bought and sold a house with her and her team and never had any complaints.

Being that we put our house on the market the day before the complete shut down of the real estate market, Tamara kept on top of it. She went above and beyond. She kept us updated with all of nuisances which occurred. The state of PA was especially tough on the real estate market. Tamra pushed through and we were able to get our house sold within a reasonable timeframe.

She was amazing, walking us through the process and keeping in touch through out the process!

My husband and I were very pleased with our agent Tamara Peroni. She was extremely helpful when we were looking for a new home. We were relocating to York from out of state and she knew how important it was for us to find a place and close on the property within in a reasonable timeframe.

I would never consider using a real estate agent other than Tamra. She was my agent when I purchased my current home which was a short sale. All of the horror stories I heard about short sales were not an issue with Tamra. She made the process easy and painless. She kept me abreast of the situation and before I knew it I was in my new home. I was very anxious about having two house payments, but once again she came through and sold my previous home in less than six hours! In addition to her real estate expertise, she's a pleasure to be around. She never makes you feel rushed and is always available. Obviously, I highly recommend her!
